Optony is procurement planning, management, and fleet integration strategies with the City of Menlo Park for a resilient PV + energy storage microgrid with 27 EV charging ports (L2 and DCFC).
The Optony team supports the City of Menlo Park on an on-going basis by providing multi-year project management for the construction of an all-electric facility microgrid community center, project management, modeling and analysis, and strategy for the City’s EV fleet transition, and technical and strategic expertise for the City as it develops a clean energy roadmap for municipal operations. Optony worked with city officials to be able to operate the microgrid as an Emergency Charging Station as part of a resilience effort.
