Solar Performance Monitoring & PPA-buyout Evaluation for the City of Morgan Hill, CA
Optony provides ongoing support for the City of Morgan Hill to monitor the performance of City-owned solar assets. Optony provides a monthly report summarizing performance, identifying performance issues and providing recommendations that guide the City’s operation and maintenance activities.
Optony is also providing an independent evaluation of Morgan Hill’s 3rd party-owned solar system to determine the remaining value of the existing Power Purchase Agreement and advise the City on a fair market value buyout price.
