Southwest Solar Transformation Initiative (SSTI) through the U.S. Department of Energy SunShot Initiative
Through the U.S. DOE’s SunShot Initiative, Optony partnered in the Southwest Solar Transformation Initiative to capture regional solar energy potential, providing Solar Roadmaps to the Southwest Region of the United States, including California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, and New Mexico. The team worked in close coordination with key governmental stakeholders to develop a customized, interactive solar roadmap to help improve the permitting and inspection process and develop solar friendly municipal regulations and guidelines.
